Watershed Conservation, Mid-Coast Maine

The following set of maps aim to define and locate high priority habitat areas that are not already conserved in Mid-Coast Maine. The first map provides a a general overview of how much of each watershed is conserved, as well as the prevalence of "ecological assets," comprised of animal habitats and wetlands. The following two maps zoom into watersheds of interest to show more closely the eco-assets of the area as well as areas that should be prioritized for conservation.
